Privacy Policy & Data Handling

The Qadmoni Restoration ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. The only personal data we request access to is your Geolocation Data (Latitude and Longitude). This request is entirely optional and is managed securely through explicit consent via your web browser's native permissions.

In accordance with the Qadmoni framework, time is governed by celestial cycles. We request your location strictly to calculate your local Sunrise and Sunset times. This ensures the Zadokite Chronology active on your dashboard accurately reflects the celestial correlation of your specific geographic region.

We do not store, harvest, or transmit your location data to our servers.

All location processing happens client-side (within your own browser). Your coordinates are temporarily passed to a secure, public API (sunrise-sunset.org) solely for the purpose of returning celestial timestamps. Qadmoni does not maintain databases of visitor locations, IP addresses, or tracking identifiers. By design, this satisfies the GDPR principle of "Data Minimization."

We use secure Local Browser Storage (similar to cookies) exclusively to remember your preferences, such as your acknowledgment of our privacy banner. This prevents the banner from repeatedly appearing on your subsequent visits. No personally identifiable information is stored in these local variables, ensuring compliance with the EU ePrivacy Directive (Cookie Law).

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to be informed, object to processing, access, rectify, or erase your data (the "Right to be Forgotten").

Because we do not collect or store your data on any server, your absolute right to privacy is preserved by default. There is no data for us to delete. You may instantly revoke location access at any time by adjusting your web browser's site settings.

Because all geolocation processing happens locally on your device, your personal data is never transferred to, stored, or processed on any cross-border servers by Qadmoni.
